How → we met our members by skype, and we share information about this event. Surely, our argumentation weight is lower but we try to participate by the communication.
As a prior member of « collect » last year, the new freshmen can ask me throught facebook or skype how did I do this project before. Even thought we are far from Paris, we can help them by our experience. We also have skype meeting, and we discuss about the new project that we want to set up.
To make this event a good succes, we also get sponsorship as Energie, Monster. That allows us to have more impact to our invent and for the company to promote their brand. Thus, we are implied to find sponsorship.
The role we have is clearly different from last year. Indeed, we were chief of our project. So, we planned the things to do from our group member. For exemple, we find the sponsorship and we manage the budget. So we are autonom, and we have to find an balance from each member. Each member of our group can share their views and then after we take decision togheter.
Through this experience, we can take a step back to see better the mistakes that new members can do. Our role is to help and not to do the project for them. They should be framed to make the project work. For example, every Friday, they must make a report to check the progress of the project.

Committed to providing solutions to the problems of our society, humanitarian association HUMAN ISC is born from the desire of students dedicated to social causes.
Operating since 1993, our work combines professionalism and expertise at the regional level. Located in the heart of Paris, our strategic position allows us to act effectively to support morally and physically disadvantaged, excluded from society or affected by the disease. Human ISC is a humanitarian organization that helps underprivileged children and the disabled person. But we also seek to educate students about the social problems that surround us to integrate, to accept and do accept these children in need in our modern world. Human'ISC is a dynamic student organization that invested throughout the year to tackle inequalities and to improve a daiy which are not always easy.
Beyond a simple association, HUMAN ISC is a family where all the members work around these values that make our motto: humility, solidarity and sharing.
Our family consists of 70 active members divided into seven departments:
Breath of Life
Our members give their energy and good humor with entertainment in hospitals of Ile de France once a week. Entertainment throughout the year of pediatrics at the Hospital Necker Robert Debré, Bichat and services Neuilly Neurology, Pulmonology, Day Hospital and consultation. That is to say, three days a week we do many activities with sick children such as reading, drawing, crafts ...
-> Human Urban Show
In favor of pink blouses. The purpose of this event is to raise as much money to pay them to keep children hospitalisés.Nous the major theme of the evening is the urban culture to the Human evenings are not alike, however we will be adding other song styles such as R & B and various dances (hip hop, ragga jam) in order not to bore the audience and attract many people.

There will be two days of blood collection during the year, in the first half and one in the second. The collection day (10 November was a success with about 70 donors school).

Whose aim is to collect lots of companies and sell a maximum of tickets to get maximum benefits to be paid to pink blouses will be implemented on the same date as the "Human Day"
Green class
In partnership with the Social Assistance Fund (ESA) in Paris, we organize trips and weekly activities for children in foster care center aged 8 to 11 years. We accompany them throughout the year around cultural themes and games. This monitoring will be finalized by end of year trip.

->The Human Comedy Club
The department organizes the evening class green finance a trip to "green-class" children ESA placed in foster care.This evening is a comedy show with 14 comedians, some known and others recognized that present 10 minutes of their respective shows. Among these comedians, some come from the Jamel Comedy Club. This gives us the opportunity to congratulate the pool of comedians who has not lost his sense of values by recalling that laughter can also serve good causes. It will therefore 3 hour show which will take place in the mythical theater room of the gym on January 10.

Performed sports center approved this class green, which will take place during February vacation is an opportunity for the children to discover different sports and cultural activities. On the theme of escape, they will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with activities such as skiing, climbing, or exploring the environment. This trip will allow them to escape from a daily time not always easy for a week.

Challenge
The departement "Challenge" wants to improve access to sport for disabled children. We will realize two "sport" days in collaboration with the Committee and the Federation of Adapted Sport Para. Human'ISC students will co-host and manage the various workshops organized by members of STAPS.
We set up a conference on the meeting between sport and disability in the premises of the ISC. This event will be referred to educate a wider audience to disability. She helped raise student audiences disabled sport. At this conference we welcomed two outsider who presented in more detail in the disabled.
-> Adapted Sport
First sports day Challenge department, it will be hosted by members of the department in partnership with the Committee of Adapted Sport. It will be for children with mental disabilities.
-> Para, Awakening and Discovery Day
Second day Challenge sports department, it will be built jointly with the Federation Para. It will be aimed at children and mentally handicapped. This event will take place at the stage of Porte de Bagnolet.
Collection
"Christmas Tree" and "Paqu'attra" remain two key events for Human'ISC in monitoring relationships with children of Epinettes. To boost the department revises a former day event this year: Carnival Human. It is a day dedicated to children on this subject where many activities will be implemented as a workshop or a costume parade contest.This year, Human joins the association Maqak. Children can throughout the year, participate in activities in which they build a tank Paradera during Carnival.

A symbol of altruism of our project, the Christmas Tree is an event organized by members of collection through their work by early November.

Carnival returns to Human. And it is in partnership with the Maqaq prepare the children throughout the year their chariot scroll J. Day
->Paqua'tra
Last annual event collection department, the goal is to recreate the spirit of Easter in a Park. With the purpose, a great snack for children.
Proximity
It is first and foremost to establish complicity students-students and restore confidence and love of learning in young people in difficulty or failure in school. We provide weekly sessions of tutoring and homework help. "Zup CO" wants this year to strengthen our partnership. The aim is also to organize outings fun and entertaining to reward children for their efforts but also to motivate and encourage them to continue.
This year the department work with a new partner. We will work with the college on Boris Vian national program DAS. This new challenge will report qu'Human this year to give another chance to college.
-> Forum
Arrange a meeting between college and professional educational purposes. The aim is to extend the possible fields of action of the department not limited to tutoring but mostly seeking continuity, monitoring and proper "mix success" education and career.
-> Human Urban Show:
Last annual event, this event is co-organized with the Department breath of life. The theme of the evening will be urban and cultural.This evening will fund a gift that we do to our partner association Gowns roses that helps hospitalized children
Bet for the future
Project, Ambition, Success and Investment are the four key project. This is the mentoring program initiated by the ESSEC "A Grande Ecole Why Not Me? "

Student tutors offer to students from PTA and having good grades, participate in weekly sessions in the local ISC Paris. These students are tracked throughout their three years of high school. We work with schools Jean Jaurès (Montreuil) and Guy de Maupassant (Colombes), and have the support of the National Agency for Social Cohesion and Equal Opportunities. ➢ The Human Comedy Club (HCC): November 16, 2011 at the Grand Theatre Gymnasium, we bring together more than 700 people around a dozen artists, most of whom volunteer member of the Jamel Comedy Club. It aims to support most of our projects, including the voyage of discovery. A portion of the profits will be donated to other partners.
➢ The organization of a voyage of discovery abroad. This trip will take place in February 2012 for a period of one week. We will accompany a maximum of children with advanced or not within our different departments.

• Breath of Life organized a blood donation hotlines and regular hospitals through its partnerships with the French Blood Establishment and the association Les Blouses Roses.
• Class Green organizes cultural outings for children under 11 years in partnership with the Social Assistance for Children.
• Proximity organizes tutoring sessions in partnership with the Association of Zup Co.
• Collection organizing a day Carnival in partnership with the Macaq.
• Challenge organizes the first day Handisport Ile-de-France in partnership with the Regional Committee of Ile-de-France Para.
