The Humanighty is the second most important event for Human. This event is a party organized is a parisian Club. The purpose is to collect funds in order to help an association which provide care, games and activities for children living in hospitals in Paris.
Last year, we organized an " afterwork " at the Divan du monde in Pigalle with a concert of 'Soul Vibration' and a buffet. It was the first time the association organized this event and it was a great success. Everyone found the party good and they were all very happy to help us to provide good care for those children.
This year, we organized a party in a club, the theme of the party was " We love Candy ". The success was much larger and the number of tickets sold was 30 % higher. [A growth we will study later.

We use Facebook a lot to promote the event. Created a Facebook event is really useful because this a where you can put all of the useful informations.

-The adresse of the Club
-The feature during the party (The kind of goodies you'll receive).
-The theme of the party, and eventually the dress code.
-The people who decided to come already.
This last things is really useful for the people who are organized the event because it helps you to imagine how many people decided to come. It may not be true because they are not obliged to come as they said, but you'll have an approximative amount of participants.
Plus, this can be a way to make people decided to go. If they can see who is going to be at the party, they can motivate people to come because their friends already said say will come.
Lucky us, the total number of people showing up at the event was high then showed on the Facebook event.
