For the coming event 15 novembre : Humanighty, we started the communication one week before the event.
First of all, we use facebook as a way to promote the event. Indeed, all friends from our HUMAN PAGE will get an event. That allows us to have an idea of how many people will join the event. Second of all, member of the assocation have to change the avatar (photo profile) to « spam » people in facebook at the home page. So when people log into facebook, they will see many news of Humanighty.
In addition to promote our event, we use word of mouth. Thus, friends of friends will know or heard about this event. Besides every year, we do this event to collect money for child, we want to insite that people will help the child to have a better life.
Moreover, we communicate this event thank to school for example, writting the event on the board before the courses start, billboard, or animation in lecture class. We also have a dress to show our solidarity.
Of course, we prepared the event longtime ago. So we have to search a club, a them for the night, the date, some sponsorship etc.
