As I said earlier, our role is to help new members to perform the tasks. Each pole is followed by a former member of their guide, which advises. However, we may encounter difficulties.

Indeed, each cluster contains several members. You need to have a good harmony in the group work. Communication is very important to get the objective of this cluster and therefore to determine the role of each member in this department.

Thus, there is therefore a facebook group where all members can communicate, exchange information or ask questions. We can answer questions through facebook. But it is still available when they need to call us as example. Then, there is also a subgroup facebook of each pole. All members of this cluster are listed and share their progress with the project.

The main difficulties encountered are:
- Lack of time: we try to make them understand that they do not have much time to complete missions because such studies.
- Projects not feasible: interesting ideas but lack of financial and technical
- Communication: it is more than 70 members. Difficult to know all the members of the project according to the schedules and poles
